Hello, my name is Philip Butterfield and I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and my graduate degree from Chapman University.

I am an experienced counselor working with adults, children, and adolescents. My specialties include: marriage counseling, adult/child/adolescent mood disorders, Attention Deficit Disorders of child and adulthood, grief counseling, anger management, sexual addictions, and parenting. I also have several years of experience with counseling military personnel. I am well regarded in the community by medical providers, churches, schools, other mental health providers, and I am a preferred provider for most major insurance companies.

I consider it my "mission" to provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families with the goals of restoring hope, reconciliation, and faith in God.  In addition, I seek to increase accessibility to counseling by offering affordable services.
